ABOUT UP THE CREEK ARMS
Our mission is to teach the preservation of life, not just the taking. We pride ourselves in offering a wholesome, family-friendly approach to the sport of shooting and defense so that people of all types feel encouraged and empowered.
We offer firearms training for New Bern, NC and surrounding areas in multiple facets catering to each shooter's needs and interests. For beginners, we offer a certificate course in NRA Basic Pistol shooting. We also offer the NC Concealed Carry Handgun certificate course for both public and private groups, either at our location or private property associated with a group.
Some shooters want specialized training not within the curriculum of certificate courses, so we also offer one-on-one training with a certified instructor. For businesses and churches, we offer security consultation and training of team members.
